About the Role

We are seeking skilled Salesforce Developers to support a confidential government client. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining advanced Salesforce solutions that drive mission-critical operations.
Work Environment & Location Policy

• Junior to Mid-Level Candidates: Must be willing and able to work onsite.

• Senior Candidates: Remote work may be considered only for top-tier developers who can demonstrate a proven track record of advanced Salesforce coding, architectural knowledge, and successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce applications and platform customizations.

• Write clean, scalable code using Apex, Visualforce (VF/VS4), and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Develop and manage seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems or external databases.

• Collaborate with broader technical teams (including CRM Technical Support) to troubleshoot issues, deploy updates, and optimize the CRM architecture for government workflows.

• Stay current with modern Salesforce development practices and apply them to ongoing platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen (non-negotiable requirement for all positions on this contract).

• Experience: Strong, demonstrable background in Salesforce development.

• Core Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Visualforce (VF) and VS4 coding/development.

  • Proficiency in Apex programming.

  • Strong working knowledge of modern Salesforce development skills, including Lightning Components/LWC.

• Work Ethic: Ability to operate securely and professionally within a confidential government contracting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience engineering complex system integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Deep understanding of broad Salesforce platform customization.

• Prior experience working in CRM Developer or CRM Technical Support roles for federal or state government clients.
