What You’ll Do (How You Make Money)

• Own the full sales process from prospect to delivery
• Work incoming traffic, internet leads, and self-generated opportunities
• Build and maintain your own customer base for repeat and referral business
• Present and demonstrate inventory and close deals effectively
• Maintain strong performance metrics (gross, units, CSI)
• Utilize CRM to manage pipeline and follow-up consistently
• Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize deal structure and results

• Typical earnings range: $65,000–$120,000+ based on performance
