Job Description - Salon Manager

Demonstrate leadership by setting the example.

Flexible with work schedule and working at minimum 40 hours as well as willingness to work on
extra when needed.

Open to change and embrace it.

Scheduling and looking out for salons best interest.

Product supply management and ordering

Approving and managing payroll, time clocks and commissions end of pay period

Business tracking and goal setting

Time management

Active involvement with recruitment of stylists and reception staff on a continual basis

Interviewing /terminating of employees

Ability to manage different personalities and retain staff

Handling customer complaints and resolving them

Ability to delegate and work efficiently

Salary plus Commission

Health and Dental paid

PTO offered after 1 year
