Sandwich & Bowl Maker/Customer Service

Job description

We are looking for dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals who want to work in a busy retail environment. We are a small family-owned business and are looking for folks who want to help build our community.

Pay range $14-$18/hr + tips. Tips are generally between $4-$6/hr after the 90 day probationary period.

Shifts are generally 8 am to 4 pm and 1 pm to 9 pm. We are hiring 1 PT and 1 FT position with weekend availability required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Builds fresh sandwiches and bowls in retail packaging or on demand, per given recipes and guides.


• Makes all prep associated with the product, including dressing and condiments, according to given recipes and daily pars.


• Assists customers at service counter, answers phones.


• Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.


• Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.


• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.


• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.


• Answer, report, and follow leaderships' instructions.

Other notes

• Experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be available beyond the summer.
