Position Overview

We are looking for a fast-paced, hardworking, and dependable Sandwich Specialist to join our Chick-fil-A kitchen team! This position is focused on preparing sandwiches quickly, accurately, and consistently in a high-volume environment while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards for food quality and guest satisfaction.

As a Sandwich Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly during busy shifts. You will also be responsible for closing down the sandwich station at the end of the night, ensuring the area is thoroughly cleaned, organized, and ready for the next day.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches quickly and accurately during high-volume meal periods.
• Maintain speed, efficiency, and consistency while fulfilling a continuous flow of orders.
• Follow Chick-fil-A recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.
• Keep the sandwich station clean, stocked, and organized throughout each shift.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
• Maintain food quality and accuracy, even during the busiest periods.
• Complete all required closing duties for the sandwich station, including cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, and organizing the area.
• Ensure the sandwich station is properly shut down and ready for the following day's operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to remain focused and organized during busy shifts.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and assist others as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing all assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform typical kitchen duties.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Availability

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

MANDATORY AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT

All applicants MUST be available to work until 11:30 PM to be considered for this position.

This is a closing position, and team members are expected to remain on shift to complete all required sandwich station closing duties.

Applicants who cannot consistently work until 11:30 PM will not be considered for this role.
