Sanitation Shift Leader

Donuts Stop Believin' manufactures fresh donuts for 170+ Dunkin' locations across the Tampa area every single night. Our Sanitation Leader plays a critical role in making that happen — overseeing a team of Sanitation Specialists, enforcing food safety standards, and working alongside department leaders to keep every corner of the facility clean and compliant. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and holds their team to a high standard.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sanitation Specialists to complete all nightly sanitation tasks safely and on time
• Audit sanitation activities throughout the facility and communicate any deficiencies
• Train team members on proper cleaning procedures, GMPs, and food safety standards
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized on schedule
• Complete and verify the nightly Sanitation Checklist
• Identify safety violations and report them promptly to the Plant Manager
• Submit maintenance and repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Hold your team accountable to uniform, hygiene, punctuality, and company policies

What We're Looking For:

• Prior sanitation experience, preferably in a food manufacturing or production environment
• Proven ability to lead a team of 2 or more
• ServSafe certification (or equivalent) preferred — not required
• Self-starter who can manage their team and workload with minimal supervision
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with other department leaders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Available for overnight shifts, 12:00am - 8:00am on a 7-day flexible schedule
