SAP EH&S Functional

Title: SAP Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Functional Consultant.

• Functional responsible for performing fit/gap analysis for integrating new chemical company in to existing ECC EHS Solution, writing detailed functional designs to fill gaps, communicate with developers on solution build, create and execute test scripts, defect support, cutover activities, and hypercare. Candidates will be in a client facing role so strong communication skills are required. The primary modules will be Product Safety(including Specification Database, Phrase Library, EHS Expert Rules, WWI Templates, Dangerous Goods), Dangerous Goods, Waste Management, and Substance Volume tracking. Industrial Hygiene business process knowledge is a plus. Functional consulting and process knowledge in these areas is required. Candidates should have experience doing full lifecycle implementations and have the capability to independently write functional designs.

Functional consultant to support the EH&S workstream through the integration of two large chemical companies.. The primary module is SAP EHS Product Safety (including Specification Database, Phrase Library, EHS Expert Rules, WWI Templates, Dangerous Goods).

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

• Top three skills required: a. SAP EHS Product Safety (including Specification Database, Phrase Library, EHS Expert Rules, WWI Templates, Dangerous Goods) b. Strong Communication Skills – Ability to discuss business process with end users to identify functional requirements and communicate with technical team to build. c. Business Process Knowledge in Product Safety (e.g Safety Data Sheet Creation and Report Shipping, Dangerous Goods, Waste Management, Substance Volume Tracking)

Possible extension after 6 months.
