SAP S/4 HANA Application Engineer, Finance

Apple is seeking highly motivated SAP S/4 HANA Application Engineers to join their Enterprise SAP team, responsible for developing innovative solutions within Apple's sophisticated IT infrastructure. With a focus on secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for various Apple business units, the role requires at least 6 years of ABAP development experience in S/4 HANA projects, including code analysis, technical design, system integration, testing, deployment, and more. Hands -on experience with SAP ABAP RICEFW objects, OData/SOAP web services, CDS views, HANA stored procedures, Restful ABAP programming, and modern SAP technologies is essential. Knowledge of key functional areas like Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and others is important. The role emphasizes software craftsmanship, code review processes, and performance optimization to build robust enterprise applications. Familiarity with development tools like SAP ADT and experience with SAP Cloud technologies, UI5, and Fiori applications are advantageous. The role also involves exploring newer technologies and collaborating with software vendors and SAP on innovation ideas. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields is required for this position.
