SAP Senior Manager

The SAP Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, implementation, optimization and support of the organization's SAP ecosystem. This role leads cross-functional teams, collaborates with business stakeholders, and drives digital transformation initiatives leveraging SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and executive the SAP roadmap aligned with business goals


• Lead SAP implementations, updates, migrations, and optimization initiatives


• Manage SAP budgets, vendors, consulting partners, and project portfolios


• Lead and develop SAP functional and technical teams


• Drive process improvements across Finance, Procurement, Warehouse Ops, Customer Service, Sales and Quality


• Ensure SAP platform reliability, security, compliance and performance

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in in IT, Computer Science, Business or other related fields


• 10+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and enterprise implementations


• Strong Stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills


• SAP Certifications preferred


• Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, and Integration Suites preferred


• PMP, Agile or ITIL certifications recommended


• Previous Manufacturing industry experience a plus
