ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Saturday Front Desk Receptionist to be the first impression for every guest who walks through our door on one of our busiest days of the week. This is a front-facing, hospitality-focused role, you'll greet clients, direct traffic, manage incoming calls, and keep the front of house running smoothly while our team is focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet all clients and guests with a warm, professional welcome upon arrival


• Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously


• Notify the appropriate team member when a client arrives for their appointment


• Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the day


• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling support, scanning, and filing as needed


• Coordinate guest amenities (coffee, water, etc.) and maintain the client lounge area


• Support the sales and service teams with overflow front desk needs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior front desk, receptionist, or hospitality experience preferred


• Professional appearance and polished communication — both in person and over the phone


• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — Saturdays are fast-paced and require someone who hits the ground running


• Comfortable working in a high-traffic, luxury environment


• Strong organizational skills and a positive, team-first attitude


• Bilingual a plus but not required

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

• Hours: Every Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


• Pay: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience


• Type: Part-time / Weekend
