Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Starbucks Store Manager to lead our retail store team and deliver an exceptional coffeehouse experience. In this role, you will oversee all daily operations, drive business performance, and foster an inclusive, positive team environment that aligns with Starbucks' values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations & Performance: Drive store sales, manage profitability, control labor and inventory costs, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a diverse team of Baristas and Shift Supervisors. Build a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and recognition.
• Customer Experience: Model customer-first behavior, build community relationships, and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service during peak and non-peak hours.
• Administrative & Financial Management: Create effective staff schedules, manage inventory orders, conduct cash handling and audits, and ensure full compliance with operational and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of retail management, restaurant supervisory, or customer service leadership experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management is a plus).
• Leadership Skills: Strong team management, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to analyze sales metrics, manage scheduling budgets, control inventory, and handle cash management procedures.
• Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Physical & Operational Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, work flexible hours (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays), and maintain a valid food handler certification/permit as required by local regulations.
