In downgrade position, inspect bacon slices to meet specific standards for various orders as set by leadership. Scale bacon to exact weight or tolerance set by leadership.

Core Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains scales.

• Open/Closes production orders in SAP catch weight application.

• Positions product on scale and weighs.

• Verify correct box label to sku as per specification.

• Marks weight on box or applies scale to carton.

• Packs product in carton.

• Document pallet HU’s and Tare weights.

• Makes and labels boxes whenever possible.

• Verify production date per specification.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
