Scheduler – Skilled Nursing 
Join Charlestown Place at New Albany as a Scheduler supporting our Skilled Nursing community, playing a key role in keeping our care teams staffed and supported.

What You'll Do: 

• Manage and coordinate staffing schedules for the Skilled Nursing department to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff scheduling questions while promoting teamwork, attendance, and a positive unit culture
• Maintain active QMA or CNA certification and regularly assist on the floor to support the clinical team as needed
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to address call-offs, shift coverage, and staffing needs in real time
• Support the team growth, including coordinating interviews, onboarding assistance, and communicating staffing needs to HR/recruiting

What You'll Need: 

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• At least six months of senior living scheduling experience required
• Active CNA and QMA certification
