Description

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler / Project Analyst to support the nationwide deployment, installation, testing, and sustainment of the Tower Simulation System Enhancement program. The Scheduler / Project Analyst will serve as the primary resource responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting on the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and all supporting schedule artifacts across all program elements. This position will work directly with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Program Control Principal to ensure disciplined schedule planning, baseline management, critical path analysis, and performance.


Integrated Master Schedule Development & Maintenance



  • Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule

  • Ensure the IMS captures all activities, tasks, and key milestones for the program with a traceable and linked critical path to solution delivery 


Critical Path Analysis & Schedule Risk Assessment



  • Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments 

  • Identify and report on schedule drivers, critical path items, and schedule margin 

  • Support development and maintenance of the Risk Register Report 


Program Reporting & Status



  • Support preparation and delivery of Monthly Status Reports 

  • Support preparation and delivery of Program Management Review (PMR) briefing materials 

  • Prepare and deliver schedule status briefings and reports for all program reviews 

  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to schedule performance including: 


Resource Planning & Analysis



  • Support development and maintenance of resource-loaded schedules 

  • Track and report on staffing levels, availability, and utilization across all program workstreams 

  • Support development and maintenance of the staffing plan including scalability (hiring and training) to meet the schedule 

  • Coordinate with functional leads to ensure resource availability aligns with schedule requirements 

  • Monitor and report on resource utilization and escalate resource conflicts to the Program Manager 


Subcontractor Schedule Integration



  • Integrate lower-tier subcontractor schedules into the program IMS 



Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive scheduling and program control experience on complex federal government IT or systems integration programs
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project on multi-site deployment programs
  • Experience performing critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments on federal programs
  • Expert proficiency in MS Project — required for IMS development, maintenance, and reporting
