Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for caregivers, CNAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.


• Respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs.


• Serve as a primary contact for clients and families regarding scheduling needs.


• Collaborate with clinical and office teams to ensure continuity of care.


• Participate in a rotating paid on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Minimum two (2) years of healthcare scheduling experience required.


•  Home care scheduling experience preferred.


• Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating paid on-call responsibilities. This position is primarily an in-office setting.
