Scheduling Coordinator

BrightStar Care of Valparaiso is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our home health care agency to help deliver A Higher Standard of Care. 

Hours would be Monday through Friday, 830am to 430pm at our office in Valparaiso, IN.

The Scheduler's main responsibilities would be:

• Create the monthly schedule for the aides in the field


• General office and clerical duties including answering phones, taking messages, scanning, and filing


• Tracking and following up with staff and client survey results


• Handling the daily schedule changes, calls offs


• Occasional after hours/weekend on call rotation

Must be over 18 and high school diploma / GED or higher.
