We're seeking an enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Council Bluffs. This is more than just a job-it's an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives every day.

What You'll Do

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the go-to between our clients and Care Advocates. Your mission? Ensure that clients receive reliable, compassionate care-on time, every time.

You'll:

Coordinate and optimize daily schedules for caregivers and clients

Build trusting relationships with clients and team members

Solve challenges with a positive, can-do attitude

Maintain accurate records while juggling multiple priorities

Be a go-to resource for excellent service and support

This role is perfect for someone who's organized, proactive, and enjoys working with people in a meaningful way.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience with WellSky Personal Care (a plus, not required)
