Plattsburgh YMCA – School Age Child Care (SACC) Director
Status: Part-Time | Reports To: COO | FLSA: Non-Exempt
The School Age Child Care (SACC) Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for all YMCA Before and After School programs. This role ensures safe, high-quality, mission-driven programming that complies with New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) regulations while supporting children's academic, social-emotional, and physical development.
The Director supervises two Program Directors and provides indirect leadership to approximately 30 staff across multiple program sites. Working with schools, families, community partners, and YMCA leadership, the Director develops innovative programming, strengthens partnerships, supports enrollment growth, pursues funding opportunities, and ensures equitable access to enriching out-of-school experiences.
