What You'll Be Doing

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in school settings


• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs


• Support communication, social, academic, and daily living skills


• Help students successfully participate in classroom activities


• Collect data and document progress throughout the school day


• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, supervisors, and families


• Promote positive behaviors and student success in the educational environment
  
  

Who We're Looking For

-Compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and adolescents
-Reliable professionals with excellent communication skills
-Team-oriented candidates eager to learn and grow
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
-ABA experience is a plus but not required
-Psychology, Education, Child Development, Sociology, Special Education, and related majors are encouraged to apply
