School Food Service Manager

School Food Service Kitchen Manager needed for food service program in the Citrus Park/ West Tampa, FL area. Monday through Friday, day shift. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off.

School Food Service experience needed. ServSafe® certification a plus. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.

• Over see kitchen operation on a daily basis.


• Be sure all menu items are based on the guidelines of the NSLP


• Serving, food preparation.


• Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times


• Observe that personal protection equipment is in use at all times.


• Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.


• Over see Kitchen staff, and staffing needs.
