School Psychologist | Full Time | Bothell, WA | 2026–2027 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for a full-time, short-term assignment starting ASAP through December 4, 2026. Join a collaborative school team to support students’ learning, social-emotional development, and access to appropriate educational services.

Job Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:15 PM
• Setting: School-based
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: December 4, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Prepare evaluation reports and share findings with families and school teams
• Participate in eligibility determinations and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers to support student success
• Consult on interventions, accommodations, and behavior support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete evaluations within required timelines
• Attend team meetings and complete administrative responsibilities associated with the assignment

Qualifications:

• Master’s or advanced degree in school psychology
• Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification in school psychology
• Experience conducting school-based evaluations and participating in the special education process
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage evaluation timelines and maintain thorough documentation
• Availability to begin ASAP and remain through December 4, 2026
• Ability to accommodate occasional extended days for meetings or administrative work
• Ability to complete required district onboarding and background checks
