Job Description - School Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Houston, Texas, serving students across various grade levels.

Duties

Provide speech-language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels

Work within a collaborative campus-based team, typically alongside 2–3 SLPs per school

Support a shared caseload model designed to ensure balanced and manageable workloads

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school leadership to support student success

Requirements

Must hold a CCC-SLP certificate

Must hold a Texas SLP license
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply – supervision will be provided
