SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday outpatient behavioral health schedule
• No weekends or call responsibilities
• Split between outpatient clinic and elementary school setting

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $63,500-$79,400+ annually
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide behavioral health counseling and brief interventions within outpatient clinic environment
• Deliver school-based behavioral health services within elementary school setting
• Support pediatric and adult patient populations through integrated care approach
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support whole-person patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely behavioral health documentation utilizing Athena Practice EMR
• Participate in mission-driven care initiatives focused on underserved populations

• Active Washington LICSW license REQUIRED
