Position Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants to support private clients in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This is a non-medical, in-home care role, working one-on-one with clients in residential settings.

• Experience as a caregiver, PCA, or similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility and transfer support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and client preferences

• W2 employee classification
• Weekly pay
