Summary/Objective

This position is responsible for the print design delivered on the Silipint products.

Position Requirements

• Open, clear & direct communication skills
• Operate a variety of printing production equipment. Including printing machines, dark room equipment, wash-out stations, belt/tunnel dryer, and compression hoses.
• Achieve perfect artwork alignment, coverage and detail with screen printing, adjusting machinery and tactics as applicable.
• Burn, wash and reclaim screens using darkroom equipment and safe practices for chemical processing.
• Help to perform preventative maintenance on equipment in the printing department.
• Keep a clean, tidy workstation and be willing to contribute positively and proactively to the cleanliness and safety needs of our warehouse.
• Successfully carry out printing process controls to maintain production efficiencies and high-quality standards as established.
• Positively contribute to and be aware of all printing and shipping team collaborations, duties, run rates, supplies and expectations to meet production timelines and custom order details.
• Participate in training new print team members.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a warehouse setting.
