Scrum Master, Senior

Your Role 

As a Scrum Master at Stellarus, you'll play a critical role in accelerating the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions by empowering Agile teams to do their best work. Serving as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader, you'll help teams embrace Lean-Agile practices, remove obstacles, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. By enabling high-performing teams to deliver value faster and more effectively, you'll directly contribute to Stellarus' mission of transforming the healthcare experience through technology and data-driven solutions.

Your Work 

In this role, you will: 

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Coach for one or more Agile teams.

• Facilitate planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other team delivery activities.

• Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban principles and practices.

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain backlog health, prioritization, and planning readiness.

• Identify and remove team-level impediments that impact delivery and productivity.

• Monitor and improve flow metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and work in progress.

• Promote engineering excellence, quality practices, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholder groups.

• Provide transparency into team progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.

• Support Agile maturity through data-driven coaching, feedback, and continuous learning.

Your Knowledge and Experience 

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or related delivery leadership role

• Experience supporting Agile software development teams.

• Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery practices.

• Experience facilitating Agile events and coaching delivery teams.

• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira or similar platforms.

• Valid Certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, ICAgile, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications strongly preferred.
