The Work You Will Do



The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is that of a bold firestarter. You will give potential clients who truly need our help the spark of hope that we are the group that really gets their business AND can actually help them meet their goals! As an SDR, your primary role will be to prospect for LUMN’s ideal clients. You will initiate contact through several mechanisms including phone calls, referral requests, and online leads. This position requires tenacity, discipline, indefatigable optimism, and the drive to become great in life.



The Outcomes You Will Own




  • Rapidly Schedule Marketing Consults | Our #1 core value is that we are “ridiculously responsive.” Busy dentists love immediate action. You will quickly and effectively assess a potential client’s needs, and then schedule their consultation with a marketing expert on our team. (Don’t worry. Our training will get you up-to-speed swiftly)

  • Identify and Initiate Contact with Qualified leads | Maximize current lead generation efforts and pioneer new ones to develop a deep list of qualified, ideal prospective clients. Then you will build and manage the accurate lead information in HubSpot.

  • Formidable Follow-up - You will consider every lead that you work as a precious opportunity to serve the market, advance toward your own goals, and contribute to the success of a powerful team. This means keeping superb records, relentlessly (but pleasant) following up, and keeping your promises to the leads you work.

  • Rep LUMN with Pride - Every touchpoint you have with a current or potential client should leave them enamored with LUMN. They should see the truth that our team is the

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS




  • $50k - $60k base + commissions

  • Paid time off—80 hours per year

  • 11 paid holidays
