Job Description - Sealant and Adhesive Process Engineer

What you will be doing:

Perform process evaluations, feasibility studies, and proposal support for customer quotations.

Design and implement processes using robots, and a wide variety of applicator products.

Perform project execution upon receipt of an order.

Conduct customer demonstrations and develop analysis and presentation materials on the results.

Serve as a primary point of contact to customers during system launches.

Actively participate in new and current Paintshop Automation Division product development.

Provide technical expertise to customers during sales appointments.

Provide continuous improvement feedback for the process engineering group.

Experience you will need:

Must have process knowledge and strong problem -solving skills.

Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks at one time.

Strong Interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

Minimum of two years of experience with Sealant and Adhesive Application & equipment.

Experience with pumping and fluid delivery/control equipment.
