Seasonal Assistant Youth Group Leader

We are currently seeking an Assistant School Age Group Leader for the summer, at our Fitchburg location. This individual will assist with classroom activities, supervise children, and help create a fun and safe environment for our school-age children.

Must be able to commit to M-F 9:30-5:30 pm

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group


• Know and maintain child/teacher ratios in compliance with EEC regulations


• Assist in planning developmentally appropriate curriculum


• Maintaining clear, effective and positive communication with children, families, and staff
