Seasonal Band Instrument Repair Assistant - Summer/Fall 2026

If you have experience with band/wind instruments, we'd love to speak with you! Our Band Instrument Repair Assistants clean and refurbish returned and new instruments to get ready to rent or sell. This is a temporary position and will be located at our Operations Center in Hanover, PA. We are looking for people who can work daytime hours, 3-5 days per week, during the months of August through October.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Thoroughly clean instrument, mouthpiece, and case.
• Identify any repairs or adjustments that need to be made to the instrument.
• Improve cosmetic appearance of instrument.
• Examine case and repair/replace as necessary.
• Replace included accessory items in case.
• Restock in warehouse once prep is completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Band instrument playing experience a plus but not necessary.
• On the job training provided.
