Seasonal Clubhouse and Events Operations Associate

Position Summary

The Seasonal House & Event Operations Associate supports clubhouse cleanliness and event setup needs during peak periods. This role focuses on executing assigned cleaning, setup, and operational tasks to ensure facilities remain safe, organized, and guest-ready. Seasonal Associates are expected to work reliably, follow direction, and contribute to a positive team environment while learning Club standards.

Essential Responsibilities

Facility Support

Clean and maintain assigned clubhouse areas

Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and restock supplies

Empty waste and recycling containers

Assist with outdoor area upkeep

Event Setup Support

Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment

Follow diagrams and supervisor instructions

Assist with room resets and event transitions

General Support

Transport linens and supplies as directed

Maintain organized work areas

Report safety or facility concerns

Operational Expectations

Arrive on time in proper uniform

Follow instructions carefully

Work safely and cooperatively

Maintain a respectful and positive attitude

Qualifications

High school diploma or current enrollment preferred

Ability to perform physical tasks

Willingness to learn and follow procedures

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds

Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion

Exposure to cleaning chemicals and busy environments

Indoor and outdoor work settings
