Position Overview
FutureShirts provides e-commerce fulfillment for clients in the entertainment and music industry. We are seeking well-qualified individuals for our Nashville, Tennessee, warehouse for seasonal work on an hourly basis. The E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate is proactive and works to maintain pick/pack/shipment of orders on or before applicable deadlines and to find new solutions for efficiency and organization within the warehouse.  

Work Schedule

• 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. To accommodate business needs, employees may be offered an alternative shift of equal duration that begins earlier than the standard start time.
• Monday - Friday, with 4-5 Saturdays during peak season
• This is a temporary seasonal position through the last week of December

Job Duties

• Perform daily product picking, packing, and shipping for webstore orders and fulfillment clients following all guidelines and training
• Perform replenishments / restocks as needed
• Perform cycle counts, count-in, count-outs, and inventory audits as needed
• Communicate timely and clearly to team leader and other Warehouse / Fulfillment team members regarding priority projects, incoming shipments, inventory audits, etc.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and within standard time
• Request feedback and monitor the quality of work completed
• Communicate needs to FutureShirts staff via clear, established modes of communication
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to walk over uneven or inclined surfaces and up and down stairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
