Seasonal Equipment Operator

Luck Stone is looking for a Seasonal Equipment Operator for the Richmond area who's skilled behind the controls, safety-focused, and ready to play a key role in our aggregate extraction process. Our equipment operators are the backbone of our operation. They run multiple pieces of specialized machinery at a high level and keep everything moving safely and efficiently. At Luck Stone, the work you do directly powers what we build and who we serve.

**This position will alternate between our Rockville, Boscobel and Powhatan plants**

Job Responsibilities

• Operate multiple pieces of specialized equipment safely and at a high level of performance throughout each shift


• Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained in accordance with company health and safety regulations


• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and safety checks to keep equipment in top condition


• Properly position equipment before operation, loading, and unloading


• Promptly report any equipment faults or concerns to the Plant Manager or Foreman


• Keep work sites clean, organized, and safe at the end of each shift


• Perform other construction-related duties as needed


• Participate in meetings and training as directed

What You Bring

Experience: 2–3+ years of safe equipment operation
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Comfort Level: Comfortable working in dusty conditions, all types of weather, and around quarry high walls, pits, and elevated positions for extended periods

Schedule
Friday-Monday : 6AM - 4PM, will start on regular Monday-Friday schedule to start
