Full-Time August through September Outdoor Work Great Team

Greenhow is hiring a Seasonal Lawn Aeration Team Member to join our fall lawn care crew. This full-time position begins August 3rd or August 10th and runs through September 30th, our busiest and most important lawn improvement season.

You'll work outdoors every day as part of a 2-person team, helping homeowners improve their lawns through aeration and overseeding services throughout Eastern Massachusetts.

What You'll Do

• Aerate residential lawns using walk-behind and ride-on aerators


• Spread grass seed and lawn products using commercial spreaders


• Load and unload equipment and materials


• Work with a teammate to complete daily routes efficiently


• Provide friendly, professional service to customers

What We're Looking For

This is a physically demanding position. The ideal candidate:

• Enjoys working outdoors all day


• Can repeatedly lift and carry 50-pound bags


• Is dependable and arrives on time every day


• Can safely operate equipment on hills, slopes, and different terrain types


• Works well as part of a team


• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Has a valid driver's license (preferred)
