Seasonal Production Team Member

This position is available from May - August 2026. Must be 18+ years old to apply.

Job Summary

Responsible for performing a specific job or jobs as part of the Production Team, to ensure that the production schedule is met in a timely, accurate manner. Must be 18 to work in the manufacturing facility.

Essential Functions

• Perform repetitive, assembly line operations to fill containers, box containers and/or label cases
• Work closely with other employees on same line and assist them when needed to ensure that production schedule is met in a timely, accurate manner
• Follow OHSA and other safety regulations

Additional Responsibilities

• Unloading trucks
• Empty trash
• Cross-trained to fill in other positions in Production Department as needed
• Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to operate necessary equipment/machines
• Ability to follow directions
• Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand for extended period up to 7 ½ hours (plus overtime on occasion)
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment/machines
