We're looking for a professional, observant, and customer-focused Security Guard to help provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers, employees, and store assets.

Position Overview

As a Security Guard, you'll be responsible for maintaining a visible presence on the sales floor, deterring theft, monitoring store activity, and responding appropriately to security concerns while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, communicates effectively, and understands how to balance asset protection with creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  Maintain a highly visible presence throughout the store to deter theft and promote a safe shopping environment.

  Monitor customer and employee activity while identifying potential security concerns.

  
  


• 
  

  Respond professionally to theft, disturbances, emergencies, and other incidents in accordance with company policies.

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with store leadership to help reduce inventory shrink and protect company assets.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor entrances, exits, fitting rooms, and other high-risk areas.

  
  


• 
  

  Support crowd management during high-volume periods, events, and product launches.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting when appropriate.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain effective communication with store leadership and other team members.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous security, asset protection, law enforcement, or related experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid Guard Card (if required by state regulations).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong observation and conflict-resolution skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

  Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
