Responsibilities include:

• Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect.


• Develop/maintain operational procedures and post orders that are always available for emergency reference by staff.


• Maintain access control procedures set by building management.


• Identify all tenants and/or visitors upon arrival.


• Observe departing personnel to guard against theft of building property.


• Respond to incidents including property emergencies, escalate notifications per SOPs.


• Conduct general patrols of the entire property during various hours, if required, including numerous flights of stairs and frequent patrols of the exterior in any weather conditions.


• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.


• Assist visitors with directions and general business information.


• Clearly and accurately record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment, to hotel security management.


• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkMust have excellent customer service experienceMust be able to walk and stand for extended periodsMust be computer savvyControl room experience is strongly preferredMust have a professional demeanorMust have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable security experienceA valid driver license is strongly recommendedMust have a valid, non-expired guard card/security license

Pay and Benefits:

Pay rate is $23.00 / Hr
