Principal Accountabilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor wastewater areas, including routine removal of debris and waste 


• Perform general housekeeping tasks such as washing down surfaces and assisting with equipment cleaning 


• Safely dispose of waste and materials in accordance with facility and environmental guidelines 


• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) 


• Support wastewater operators with basic tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations 


• Perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods 


• Assist with general maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States


• Must be 18 years or older


• Ability to read, write, and speak English


• Ability to perform basic computer skills


• Previous experience in general labor, outdoor work, maintenance, or sanitation/cleanup


• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous wastewater experience


• Mechanical experience
