Job Description Summary:

Summary:
As an ERT Armed Security Officer, you play a critical leadership role in the daily operations of the Security department, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property. You are responsible for supervising all departmental activities while responding to escalated incidents and addressing complex guest or employee concerns with professionalism and sound judgment. Your ability to detect, disrupt, and de-escalate undesirable or potentially violent behavior is vital to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for everyone on property
