As a Security Guard Customer Service Patrol Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, support property rules and after-hours protocols, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activity in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
