Key Responsibilities

• Protect company employees, visitors, and property by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Patrol assigned areas; monitor surveillance systems; inspect buildings, equipment, and access points; and authorize entry.
• Respond to emergencies by sounding alarms or requesting assistance.
• Prevent losses by observing and reporting irregularities, enforcing policies, and managing trespassing incidents.
• Direct traffic and assist drivers as needed to ensure safe access and flow.
• Complete clear and accurate reports documenting observations, incidents, and surveillance activities; interview witnesses and collect signatures as required.
• Support facility operations by monitoring building systems and adjusting controls when necessary.
• Maintain company reputation and operational stability by adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure equipment functions properly by performing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer guidelines, troubleshooting issues, requesting repairs, and evaluating new tools and technologies.

• Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License (required)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License (required)
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital reporting systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Must have a smartphone for communication and reporting
• Must be fully able and willing to work overnight shifts
• Must be able to work day shifts
