Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Officer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors by monitoring premises and enforcing company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure safety and security.


• Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.


• Control access to premises by verifying identification and authorizing entry.


• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.


• Write detailed reports on daily activities, irregularities, and incidents.


• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.


• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.


• Ability to operate security systems and equipment.


• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.


• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods and may involve exposure to various weather conditions. Security Officers must be physically fit and able to respond quickly to incidents.
