As a Security Officer Lobby Desk in Warrendale, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk professional at a premier financial institution location, where you will help create a welcoming presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities. Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor arrivals and departures in accordance with site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Answer phones, assist with directional questions, and help maintain an organized lobby and reception area while supporting security-related reporting and recordkeeping tasks.
• Observe lobby and entrance activity from the front desk and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
