As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Coordinator in Berkeley Heights, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while supporting staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, noting unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, reporting concerns, and following site-specific post orders.
• Document incidents, daily activities, and/or notable observations and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
