What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor check-in activities, and/or emergency response support when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with access control processes, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive observation and professional interaction.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, provide directions, and support tenant and guest needs while maintaining awareness of security-related issues within the location.
• Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and incident reports with accuracy, and follow post orders related to commercial office operations and building access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
