As a Security Officer Lobby Reception in Vacaville, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk professional at a dynamic tech and media location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity at the entrance, and support security-related operations through clear communication and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, visitor reception, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, issue badges, and maintain front desk logs in support of security-related protocols for a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support security-related awareness by observing activity in the lobby and reception area, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting unusual behavior or conditions.
• Assist employees, guests, and delivery personnel with directions, check-in procedures, and other front desk-related needs while following site policies and communication standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
