Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk professional in a healthcare location, where you will greet guests, manage access, support customer service, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, assist with visitor check-in, verify credentials, and direct patients, staff, and guests according to site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and first responders as needed.
• Maintain awareness of access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing activity, documenting concerns, and reporting unusual behavior.
• Support a professional healthcare location environment by answering questions, providing directions, and completing required logs, reports, and other front desk documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
