As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Albany, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help support a secure environment. In this role, you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and/or delivery activity in a food and beverage environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or maintenance or hazard-related concerns, and communicate them to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• This position is primarily a driving post.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
