Security Officer Patrol - Second Shift

As a Security Officer Patrol Route in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support residents with outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach while working with integrity and teamwork to help create a welcoming environment for everyone on site.

Pay Rate: $18.59 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or public assistance resources as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, property concerns, and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry points, observe resident and visitor activity, and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to location guidelines.
• Support access control and community rules by assisting with visitor check-in processes, answering questions, and helping to address routine security-related concerns in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
