As a Security Officer Security Clearance Armed Patrol in Manassas, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic tech and telecommunications location. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will work with an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first, values integrity, and brings a caring culture to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations as required, and help to deter unauthorized access to sensitive technology-related spaces.
• Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, local authorities, and/or site contacts during unusual events, medical situations, or other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
